Full Time Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Management:
o Oversee accounts receivable and payable.
o Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payments.
o Prepare and present regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses.
o Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts to support business planning and decision-making.
o Monitor cash flow and ensure the financial health of the company.
• HR and Administrative Management:
o Supervise daily HR and administrative operations, including managing two direct reports.
o Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
o Handle employee benefits administration and performance management.
• Technology and Infrastructure:
o Manage the company's technology infrastructure, ensuring that systems are secure, reliable, and up-to-date.
o Collaborate with IT service providers to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies.
• Operational Supervision:
o Provide support and oversight for certain operational functions, particularly during peak seasons.
o Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of business goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, payroll systems, and financial reporting.
• Experience with HR management and administrative operations.
• Proficiency in financial software and technology management.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to management.
