Full Time Accounting and Human Resources Administrator

McNamara Florist is the largest florist in Indiana and in the top 25 floral companies in the country. We have eight retail locations in Central Indiana with over a hundred employees!

We are looking for a self-driven and organized candidate for our Accounting and HR administration position that is important to the success of our business.

Responsibilities

Processing Payable Invoices and Daily Cash Activities
Interact with Suppliers and Bank
Oversee payroll processing through ADP
Assist with the monthly closing and preparation of financial reports
Assist with oversight of personnel functions including benefits administration with providers and employees.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Assist with legal compliance throughout human resource management
Skills

Proven working experience in Accounting and HR
People-oriented and results-driven
Excellent active listening, communication, and presentation skills
Knowledge of basic labor law and HR best practices
